The airport tax of USD 10 per person has been collected together with the air ticket fee for the international flights at the Yangon International airport in Myanmar starting from 1st July. For the persons who didn’t pay the airport tax when they bought the air tickets, they must pay it directly to the air line as they check in.

This year is the year of ‘mangos’ which grow plentifully in Myanmar. The selling of mango can be seen in many parts of the downtown of Yangon. There are so many kinds of mango and they are cheaper than last year and the unit price is from about 200 Ks to 1000 Ks each.

The maps of Naypyidaw have been sold at the special sale of jewelry held in Naypyidaw. The guests of the ‘Sanay Travels & Tours' are being given the maps of Naypyidaw in free of charge.

The special sale of jewelry is being held at the capital of Myanmar “Naypyidaw” from 1st July to 13th July. It has been held at Naypyidaw as 3rd times and over 4000 tourists from foreign countries have already reached there. At the same time Travel Mart & Food Show is also being celebrated at Naypyidaw. It is the first time of the show and the shops from Union of Myanmar Travel Association, Myanmar Restaurant Association, Myanmar Hotelier Association and Myanmar Tourist Guide Association will be participated at that show. Travel & Tour companies will be involved to show at the shops of UMTA and the tickets for domestic and international flights are also being sold.
