The festival of selling regional products of Myanmar such as Shan, Rakhine is being held at the Ocean Shopping Center. Most regional products which are difficult to buy in Yangon can be available there and there is alive with a teeming crowd.

Some shops in Mingalar Market which were closed because of the fire broke out few months ago are being reopened at the 2nd floor of Nyaungpinlay Plaza in china town. Drug stores, Internet Cafe and fashion shops are being operated there.
