Kayin new year was held on 16 December. Traditional dances were also celebrated wearing with their beautiful tribe costume at Arlane Ngar Sint, Kayin Chan, Khawe Chan and Kayin Village. It was so crowded with many people.
The No.(29) express train running from Yangon-Mandalay has been connected with 2 carriages of an air-conditioned upper-class (sleeper) from the begining of this month. The train ticket price is US $50 for foreigner.
At the butterfly museum of Kandawgyi garden in Pyin Oo Lwin, the petrified wood show room is exhibited.
The Butterfly museum was opened at Kandawgyi garden of Pyin Oo Lwin on December 1. The butterflies which are not inhabitant in Myanmar can be seen there and which are donated by Japanese.
In memory of the family week, the commodities for children, male and female are being sold with discount at the Northpoint Shopping Center located near Yangon International Airport from 1-6 December.
