First Myanmar car racing feild made by the Japan technology will be opened by Glaxy Racing Karts group on 2nd November near Thuwana stadium. Driving courses will be taught and it is divided into two groups (1) between 6 and 12 years old and (2) above 12 years old.There are 12 cars with 2 storke engine which can be driven 60km per hour and 3 cars with 4 storke engine which can be driven 120km per hour.It will be raised to 60 cars laters.Members are also being accepted.

The Inya Lake organises in cooperation with Art + under patronage of the German Ambassador a week long festival of classical music with internationally renowned artists. The festival starts on Tuesday the 20th and will last till Sunday the 24th of October. Please contact the website of the German Embassy (www.rangun.diplo.de) for the program. Most concerts start at 6:30 PM and the entry will be free.

On October 15, communal walking event of the blind from Myanmar wasn celebrated in Yangon. About 800 blind people from the blind schools of Myanmar participated in he event, which started from Pyay Road in the west of Shwedagon pagoda to the city hall. With the encouragement of the Yangon city hall staff and local people, they competed until they reached to the goal.

At the shops of the stairways of the ancient pagoda " Inn Tane " at the Inn Lay lake, the people who never give up in life though they have no hands are painting pictures on boxes with their feet instead of their hands for their living. And their works are well.

These are "Thai dragon fruits" that are imported from Thailand.They are bigger than the fruits from Myanmar and the price is 2,000 Kyats higher per fruit than that from here.
