A hot Sharky's branch No.(3), that has selling home made bread, cheese and sausages, has been opened. Sausages, pizza and over ten kinds of wine have being sold at first floor. There has been arranged to be opened a teashop at second floor on 17-July.

Car auction center for the used cars has been opened in South Okkalapa Township located in suburban area of Yangon. It is the first center in Myanmar that selling the used cars and auction is being held twice a month.

It can be bought with reasonable price and green, blue, white, black, so many other colours are available, and there are so many fancy-lovers for these materials. Especially, ornaments for armband, locket, hand phone accessories and other are in great demand.

Prepaid Card for CDMA mobile system has been sold by starting on 2-June. It can be used within two months, price is 50 FEC. Cost for calling is 0.30 FEC for local call, and oversea call is available. It can be bought by Myanmar currency but it needs to have NRC card for citizens and passport for foreigners.

Second Japanese Physiotherapy Clinic Branch (Genky Clinic) has been now opened at fifth floor of Sakura Tower in downtown of Yangon. All therapists are blind person and Japanese newspaper can be read in the shop. At the present time, price at Genky had been changed to 4000 kyats for 45 minutes and 5000 kyats for 60 minutes as monsoon promotion although normal price is 5000 kyats for 45 minutes, 6000 kyats for 60 minutes. Opening hour is from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM and reservation time is up to 7:30 pm. You can request the therapist who you prefer.
