Morning Exercise My eye was open on hearing of the sound coming from Chinese bamboo partridge, which was singing in the forest near by. The hands of the clock indicated five thirty. It was bright entirely outside. During those three days I was likely tired because of continuous drinking alcohol. I got up with the tightness of mind. The temperature of corridor was 14°C. I was taking off the night cloth although it was so cold that I was shivering 58.5 Kg. I was 57 Kg at the time when I returned from Myanmar. During 20 days, I got 1.5 Kg. It was normal that I got a little more when I lived in Japan and I got 3kg less when I lived abroad. It was because of the lack of food when I lived lonely abroad. After shaving my beard, brushing my teeth and making meat and tidy, morning exercise was started. This exercise was created by myself. It was thirty-year-old body building menu. First of all, belly exercise was done. I hold up my kneels lying on my back and crossing the hands behind my head. Then supporting the body with the arms, I dived up and down. The number of the time was 20 for each. In the next step, I took shoulder exercise in which arms were moved by bending and stretching. I also took the exercises which contained neck exercise, bending and stretching the kneels without lifting the feels and the exercise in which placing both hands behind the chairs I stretched the calf of my leg. Those steps could be performed indoors. In the next steps, I had to take my exercise out doors. I took radio exercise number are and two. Then I went to take a fast walk. It needed 10,000 paces in 70 minutes. It was stopped during the raining season. In the past I used to jog. I replaced it with a fast walk three years ago. I continued it in Chine and Myanmar. But it was not needed to say in summer. Ever in the Rainy Season there was almost no pause because there were few times to rain in the morning. The course of the fast walk was determined in constant. I had realized that it was dangerous to do so in a foreign country. However, I was used to doing like this. I could not change it. Let us stay away from this. I went to take a fast walk. That day was nether cold. The tips of my fingers were icy cold. I rubbed the back of the hand and took a walk. After a long time I reached the road which was famous for cherry. The old trees blossomed at the third part. The new ones blossomed at one part. The small ones had not blossomed yet. It was so early that there was no traffic. I enjoyed seeing the flowers well because the body became warm. Although I departed from that road, I hesitated to leave the road, which could make a good looking for eyes. I came back to my done, had my breakfast and began my daily life. The secret for health, which was to be said in a great shape, did not exist. But there were two quibbling things to be said. One was the habit in which I got up early in the morning for many years. The other was drinking alcohol at night. In these 40 years, I have been drinking alcohol at right cheerfully. Even now I continue it. Alcohol is beneficial at a suitable amount. Because it is the king of medicine. I am existing now because of these two facts. When I was young, I used to get up in the afternoon . Although I was loosing, without depression, I argued that I became an old man. In Myanmar, there is no drinking habit. Therefore there is no chance to have a drinking party among the Myanmar friends. For this fact, it is idleness. Alcohol is a thing, which can make a person cheerful whether he is only one, or not. I would have to try my best to free from this state. However, I think, I will be able to raise the habit which can adapt to my environment are day. © Suzuki Yoshio |
