Many interesting things are found when I have thought about association of those who were learning Japanese Language for three years in Yangon.

They are proud that 'fortune' and 'good Luck' returns as they think.

If someone tried hard and passes the examination in the first position, it is called that he receives first prize.

When a person gets the interest of the girl he loves after overcoming his rivals, it is called that he possesses her love. In general, it means 'receiving' rather than the other meanings. It is passive, not active.

Although I think that the social system has existed for a long time (10 years), it was not possible to think that the meaning was fashionable in Myanmar before.

The different meaning of acquisition is 'get' and 'plundering'. The opposite meaning of these behaviors is 'giving away' or 'offering'. In Myanmar, this word has various meanings. You can define it in many ways. Through watching TV news, probably you may notice that 'ceremony' means 'offering'.

We see that the persons are offering the offertories being photographed in standing or sitting positions.

After the Buddhist Lent, which is the period of July, August and September, festivals are held throughout the country. The elders and the teachers are paid homage. It is like the annual praying ceremony in Japan.

In Japan, the debt of gratitude is paid by the person who paid homage. In Myanmar, the way is different. A person can raise happiness of mind by paying homage without expecting any return.
