Studio Policies and Administration rules

Welcome to Do-Re-Mi Family Club!!

To make the most value of learning, we have set the studio policies as below.......

Please be punctual

Plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes early for class. Arriving a little before class. (but not too early!)

No juice, no food, but only water for break time

In order not to distract other children in the class, we do request that toys, juice cups, and pacifiers be kept out of sight in the classroom, and (if needed) that finishing snacks before the class in waiting space.

Caregiver necessary

For the children program, we request you or registered caregiver will take care and wait for your children while they are in the classes. However we can allow only one adult for one child. Your caregiver's name should be enrolled at the Do-Re-Mi Family Club. When parents or the enrolled caregiver come up to Do-Re-Mi Family Club, we will assume responsibility for your children for our class.

For swimming class, we strongly request you to supervise your child.
Especially while your child is playing before or/and after class.

Non-enrolled siblings or friends

To give full attention to the enrolled member not to create distraction, please do not bring non-enrolled siblings or friends to the session.

No running around the building

No running around the building of Golden Hill Tower, No playing in the elevators. When your irresponsibly behaviour, cause Do-Re-Mi Family Club and Golden Hill Tower Trouble, we will request that you withdraw from being a club member.

Responsibility

Do-Re-Mi Family Club members shall be fully liable for any damage and injuries caused by them. When you and your child damage equipment of Do-Re-Mi Family Club and Golden Hill Tower, we will claim from you, payment for this loss.

Register early

Although you may join our classes at any time throughout the course (only if there are available seat), we encourage you to register early since we limit class sizes and many fill quickly. new courses will be announced middle of the current course. Availability of classes is strictly on a first come first serve basis.

Course fee fully paid in advance

We are happy to give you a discount fee for full payment. We reserve your child's seat only with full payment prior to starting new course. If there is available seat at the middle of the course, you may join the course with payment of 70 % from original course fee.

No substitution, No Transfer and No refund for the course

Once enrolment is confirmed, we cannot transfer the course unless the situation allows, We do not provide substitution class or refund for missed class.

Refund

Refund to be requested due to unexpected relocation to overseas or serious illness of child necessitating withdrawal from class. Any refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. There is a non-refundable 10,000Ks for administrative fee.

Make-up Class

Classes will be made up in the event of an unexpected holiday, teacher illness or inclement weather.

We will notify you of the cancellation and the scheduled make-up day.
